Philosophy

The primary goal of the Southern Maine Lacrosse Camp is to increase the fundamental knowledge and skills of lacrosse for each player. All players will be exposed to proper fundamentals, techniques, and terminology used at the high school level. Individual attention will be given to each player and will be specific to their skill level.

Instruction

The camp will run 2 hours long during the mornings of April Break. We will start with 15 minutes of warmups and stretching and then breaking into smaller groups. Each day there will be a focus on a specific fundamental, such as, passing and catching, dodging, ground balls, off hand

work, and transition.

Equipment

Each player is responsible for bringing a helmet, stick, gloves, shoulder and elbow pads, and mouth guards as there will be drills and games that include contact.

Registration

The cost of the camp is $125.00 dollars for the five days and includes a reversible pinnie. There will be a maximum of 60 players.
