The camp will run 2 hours long during the mornings of April break. We will start with 15 minutes of warm-ups and stretching and then break into smaller groups. Each day there will be a focus on a specific fundamental, such as, passing and catching, dodging, ground balls, off hand work, and transition.

Each players is responsible for bringing helmets, sticks, gloves, shoulder and elbow pads, and mouth guards as there will be some drills and games that include contact.
